Feeling Stuck In Any Way? Here’s Why…

Awareness is always the first step in creating a positive and lasting change. Whether you believe it or not, we all have subconscious fears and limiting beliefs that are deeply buried within us and that keep us stuck; but, if we ever want to live happier and more abundant lives, we must become aware of each one of them in order to release them. This will allow us to build a bridge between where we are right now and where we ultimately want to be.

Today, let’s explore what the most common types of fears are:

Fear of success: when you don’t believe in your own ability to sustain your progress, and all the accomplishments and successes that you have achieved in your life. It’s when you’re afraid that you will still not be happy, content and satisfied once you reach your goals. And it’s also when you believe that you don’t deserve all the good things and recognition that come as a result of your achievements.

Fear of failure: when you are afraid of being judged, criticized, punished and rejected, first by your own self, then by others for your failures and mishaps. It’s also when you display self-sabotaging habits such as procrastination, excessive anxiety, or failure to follow through with your goals.

Fear of change: we all love to stick to our familiar ways and remain in our comfort zones. As a result of that, we tend to avoid taking risks and face unknown situations even if the outcomes might be more beneficial for us down the road. It’s when keeping the “status quo” in terms of our habits and behaviors seem more logical.

Fear of losing your identity: when you prefer to stick to who you are instead of who you can be because you don’t want to change and lose yourself along the way. It’s also when you don’t trust that you can set appropriate boundaries and stick to them.

Fear of unworthiness: when you are constantly worried about what others think of you, despite your unique qualities, strengths and talents. It’s when you always seem to go out of your way to please other people and do unnecessary favors for them just so they don’t think badly of you. And it’s also when you cannot accept compliments, no matter how sincere they are.

Now that you’ve been exposed to the major types of fears that can cripple you from living a happy, abundant and fulfilling life, please take some time to identify the ones that you can wholeheartedly relate to. By doing so, it will be much easier and effortless to conquer your roadblocks and bounce back.

I have been browsing online more than 2 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all webmasters and
bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be
a lot more useful than ever before.

An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment.

I do think that you need to publish more about this subject, it might
not be a taboo subject but typically people do not speak about
these issues. To the next! All the best!!

Hi there! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could locate a captcha
plugin for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having difficulty finding one?
